The production and sales team actively responded to the severe restrictions on product delivery and logistics, realized 24-hour production-delivery linkage, dynamically adjusted production plans, maximized the warehouse storage capacity, and effectively supported stable and efficient production throughout the entire process.

The coking plant actively overcomes the impact of the epidemic and implements “three shifts” operations for on-the-job personnel to ensure normal and stable production. It solves the shortage of raw materials through various channels, strengthens production and equipment management, and ensures the continuous supply of dry quenched coke and stable and mature coke quality. Meet blast furnace production needs.

The ironmaking plant adheres to the purpose of “stability, consolidation and improvement” to ensure smooth blast furnace production. Cost and quality are stable and controlled. Among them, the number of continuous casting furnaces of No. 2 continuous casting machine in January reached 204, breaking the record of 182 furnaces; the number of continuous casting furnaces in February reached 223, setting a new high.

The hot rolling mill actively plays the leading role of party building, focusing on stable and high production, scientifically arranges rolling plans, standardizes the roll changing process, cooperates with steel coil shipments, and ensures the safe operation of the coil warehouse; actively promotes standardized operations, increases the proportion of full hot charging, and timely Eliminate equipment hazards and improve the stable operation of equipment. The comprehensive hot charging rate of slabs has exceeded 85% for two consecutive months. The total hot charging of slabs in the first quarter reached 1.0408 million tons, achieving a significant increase in efficiency and carbon reduction.
